QuickBooks claims seek

compensation For wrongfully withheld funds

The Toppe Firm is pursuing claims against Intuit related to its QuickBooks Payments product. Our investigation has revealed that many companies that use QuickBooks Payments have had their accounts inexplicably frozen. After the accounts are frozen, QuickBooks wrongfully (and without explanation) withholds funds that rightfully belong to the companies, sometimes withholding tens of thousands of dollars. Once the funds are frozen, QuickBooks allegedly conducts an investigation—sometimes exceeding 180 days—in order to determine whether to release the funds. In many cases, QuickBooks does not release the funds after their investigation.

The Toppe Firm has a history of quickly and successfully recovering the wrongfully withheld funds. QuickBooks customers who have been the victim of this practice should contact Jeffrey C. Toppe at jct@toppefirm.com or submit the form on this page.
